A withdrawal can be delayed for a few reasons:
  • Your account identity verification may be pending.
  • An active bonus may have an unmet wagering requirement attached to your balance.
  • The payment method you selected may be experiencing processing delays on the provider's end.
  • The withdrawal request was submitted outside of normal processing hours for bank transfers.
If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact 3err support with your withdrawal reference number.

In most cases, yes — you can forfeit an active bonus from your account dashboard. However, forfeiting a bonus will also remove any winnings generated while that bonus was active. If a cricket match is abandoned, cancelled, or does not produce a result (for example due to rain with no Duckworth-Lewis result), most pre-match bets are voided and the original stake is returned to your balance. In-play bets are settled according to the state of play at the point the match was officially called off.
