Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, 3err reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and there is no outstanding investigation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following successful verification.
